Messi’s Bodyguard Yassine Chueko Challenges Logan Paul to a Fight

MMA News

A potential boxing match might arise from the energy drink dispute between Logan Paul and Inter Miami star Lionel Messi. Yassine Chueko, Messi`s bodyguard, has volunteered to represent the soccer icon in the ring.

Chueko, known for his martial arts skills, gained online fame for his speed and reflexes while safeguarding Messi both on and off the field.

In an Instagram video, Chueko addressed Paul, stating, “Logan, I`m making this video because many people stop me in the streets, message me, and comment on Instagram about this fight. The point of no return has been reached, there`s no way out. Let`s have this fight for the fans. Let`s do it.”

The conflict started when Messi launched his energy drink, Mas+, which Paul claimed had packaging similar to his brand, PRIME. Reportedly, both Mas+ and PRIME have now filed lawsuits against each other.

Paul, in a TikTok video, accused Messi of copying PRIME, stating, “Brother, you copied us. Everyone saw it. They saw what you did, everyone notices it, and then we got sued. Wait, what? This isn`t fair. So we countersued, of course. If you can`t beat the best, you have to be the best. But that’s illegal, it’s trademark infringement. We`re holding him accountable, and it’s harassment?”

Paul jokingly offered to drop the lawsuit if Messi would box him in 2025. Paul`s last boxing appearance was an exhibition in October 2023, where he won against Dillon Danis. Now, Messi`s bodyguard is offering to take his place.

“I hope you see this message,” Chueko posted on Instagram. “And after this, let`s stop the social media talk.”
